Redeem an experience reward code
- Open the correct experience and confirm its creator.
- Find the original code announcement, including the exact spelling and any stated requirements.
- Follow that creator's current instructions for its in-game redemption menu.
- Enter the code exactly and read the returned message.
- Check the reward location described by the creator.
Menu names can differ between experiences and change after updates. A universal instruction such as “click the Twitter icon” is unreliable without a current source for that game. Use our experience-code verification guide when the original announcement is missing.
Roblox-wide promotional codes
Roblox issues some promotional codes through events and giveaways, and they can expire. Sign in to the intended account, open Redeem Roblox Codes, enter the code and select Redeem. The reward depends on the code type; an item promotion is not automatically free Robux. See Roblox's official promotional-code instructions.
Gift cards: browser redemption and the Samsung exception
For a gift-card PIN, use roblox.com/redeem in a browser and confirm the signed-in account before submitting. Roblox says standard mobile apps and consoles do not provide gift-card redemption; Samsung Galaxy users have an in-app Redeem option. On an iPad, use the browser route. Amazon and Party Packs Roblox gift cards redeem for Robux rather than Roblox Credit, according to the official gift-card guide.
Merchandise codes are a separate reward type
A unique merchandise token is not a reusable public giveaway code. For example, Gamer Robot documents Blox Fruits DLC tokens included with qualifying official merchandise and warns not to share them. Use the issuer's DLC instructions for that product. Its merchandise instructions are not proof that a public XP code works or uses the same current menu.
When a code fails
