The minimum OS is Windows 10. Minimum specifications are not a guaranteed frame rate at every resolution.
Stores and authentication
PC editions are available through Steam and Epic Games Store. The Steam listing identifies Denuvo Anti-Tamper and a five-machine activation limit. The developer requires internet authentication at the first PC launch.
Steam Deck and peripherals
The FAQ says stable 30 fps is achievable on Steam Deck with suitable settings. Keyboard/mouse and controller rumble are supported; racing wheels, HOTAS/HOSAS, full haptics and resistance are not currently supported. VR is not planned. The developer lists an EOS overlay issue on Deck and advises B to cancel and return.
Plan a useful performance test
GetCheatBeacon recommends recording resolution, graphics options, GPU driver and the race used for comparison. Test the same circuit after changing one setting. Compare normal racing with a busy collision sequence rather than relying only on a menu frame rate. Do not treat a minimum-spec listing as a tested recommendation for a different GPU.
Languages
Steam lists 14 interface/subtitle languages, with English full audio. Check the store's current language table before buying for a particular language.
