Royal Match Moves Guide: Target Access, Setups & Final Turns
Start with the Targets Shown on Your Board
Dream Games explains that completing the displayed targets is how you win a Royal Match level. GetCheatBeacon recommends locating those targets before choosing an attractive match in an unrelated corner. The next move should clear a target, open access or create an effect you can realistically use.
Compare progress with preparation
| Option | Question before choosing it |
|---|---|
| Direct match | Does it affect a remaining target or only clear ordinary pieces? |
| Power-up creation | Where will the effect be useful after it forms? |
| Combination setup | How many more moves will be needed to join and use the pieces? |
This table is an editorial decision aid, not a guaranteed solver. A powerful setup in the wrong part of the board can be less helpful than a modest match beside a required obstacle.
Know the tools a match can create
Dream Games documents Rocket, Propeller, TNT and Light Ball as match-created power-ups. Read their patterns and effects in the power-up guide before relying on a particular shape. Activating a tool and creating the tool are separate decisions.
Review the board after it settles
A blast can move ordinary pieces and change which setups are possible. Look again rather than continuing a sequence planned for the previous board. Check hard-to-reach targets and the remaining move counter before starting another multi-step plan.
End-game decisions
When only a few targets remain, compare the exact missing action with any in-game booster you own. Dream Games says using an in-game booster does not decrease the move count, but it still uses that resource. Decide whether it addresses the actual obstacle instead of spending several tools without a clear finish.
See boosters for the distinction between stored tools and match-created effects. This page makes no claim that every numbered level has a fixed solution or that spending currency is necessary.
