COD Mobile Code Safety: Official Rewards, UID & Scam Checks
Check the promotion before entering account information
Activision says COD Mobile promotions can depend on a partner purchase, region or device. Read the actual offer's eligibility and expiration terms. A reward pictured in a video is not proof that the same offer applies to your account.
Start from Activision's promotion help and follow its redemption link. This page does not list new working codes or promise free COD Points.
What the official redemption process asks for
The support instructions describe entering a COD Mobile UID, the promotion code and a CAPTCHA, then restarting the game and checking Mail. The UID appears in Player Profile beneath your nickname; it identifies the intended game profile. Follow the current form and the specific promotion's directions rather than substituting a nickname.
Our recommendation is to open the official support link yourself, compare the recipient UID with your profile, and enter a reward only when those match. A public code list should not require you to hand an unknown person your password, recovery codes or login session.
Separate an eligibility error from an account-security problem
| Situation | Useful next step |
|---|---|
| Offer needs a purchase or particular region | Read that promotion's terms and contact its partner if no code was issued. |
| Code may have expired | Check the announcement's end date before trying a copied list repeatedly. |
| Redemption succeeded but reward is missing | Restart, inspect Mail, and use the in-app help route if needed. |
| Someone asks to log in for you | Stop sharing account access and consult Activision's security guidance. |
Protect the account behind the reward
Activision recommends a unique strong password, two-factor authentication and avoiding suspicious COD Points offers or account-sharing services. Use the security options available to your linked account. If you believe someone obtained your credentials, follow Activision's account-security and recovery instructions through its official site.
Our practical rule is to judge the requested action as well as the promised item. A countdown, copied logo or comment claiming success does not make a request for account access reasonable. Save the offer's source and error message for support, without posting sensitive account information publicly.
For ordinary redemption steps, see the COD Mobile redeem-code guide. This page focuses on assessing the offer and protecting the account.
