Use the official shop

Fortnite's in-game shop and official web shop show the currently available offers. Epic says the shop refreshes around midnight GMT; About Shop provides timezone information. A refreshed shop does not mean every listed offer disappears at the same time, so inspect the individual offer.

A return date is not a guarantee

Epic says the shop rotates and support cannot grant an item that is absent. Some newer Pass items may appear after 18 or more months from the Pass expiry, but their return is not guaranteed. Do not treat an unofficial calendar as a confirmed release schedule.

Cancel Purchase and Return Tickets differ

For eligible V-Bucks purchases, Cancel Purchase is available within 24 hours if the item has not been used or equipped. Return Tickets can cover eligible purchases within 30 days. Accounts start with three tickets, receive one every 365 days and can hold at most three. Some categories, including Passes, gifts and developer-island purchases, are excluded.

Find the current return menu

Epic's current instructions use the Player Icon, then the hamburger menu, Support and Refunds, and Return or cancel purchase. On the web shop, use the Player Icon and Return and Cancel Purchases, then Show Purchases. Confirm the item and outcome before completing the action.

Check before spending

• Confirm you are signed in to the account you use to play.
• Read exactly what the offer includes.
• Check whether you already own part of a bundle.
• Check the offer's purchase and return eligibility rather than assuming every payment is refundable.

GetCheatBeacon recommends choosing a spending limit before browsing. A rotating offer can be tempting, but a predicted rarity or resale story does not establish value to you. Fortnite account purchases are not a substitute for an official shop transaction.

Different payment routes need different help
