SPIDER-MAN 2 SUITS GUIDE
Marvel's Spider-Man 2 includes a large collection of suits for Peter Parker and Miles Morales.
PlayStation and Insomniac announced 65 suits at launch, along with Suit Styles that provide alternate color variations for some suits.
PETER AND MILES
Both Spider-Men have their own suit selections.
Some designs come from:
• Comics
• Movies
• Original Insomniac designs
• Special editions
• Free updates
• New Game Plus content
SUIT STYLES
Some suits support alternate Suit Styles.
These change the visual appearance without requiring an entirely different suit.
Insomniac stated that the launch wardrobe and Suit Styles together created more than 200 appearance combinations.
HOW SUITS UNLOCK
Suit availability can depend on:
• Story progression
• Player level
• Activities
• Resources
• Edition ownership
• Game updates
• New Game Plus progression
Not every suit is available immediately.
NEW GAME PLUS
Spider-Man 2 later added New Game Plus.
That update also added additional suit customization, including styles for several symbiote suits and other unlocks tied to Ultimate Levels.
COSMETIC VS GAMEPLAY
Do not assume a suit automatically changes combat performance.
Many suit choices primarily change appearance.
Gameplay progression is handled separately through systems such as skills, Suit Tech and gadgets.
DIGITAL DELUXE SUITS
The Digital Deluxe Edition includes additional suits for Peter and Miles.
These are separate from much of the standard unlock progression.
FREE UPDATE SUITS
Insomniac has also added additional suits through updates.
That means an older launch-era suit list may not contain everything now available.
CHOOSING A SUIT
Because many suit choices are cosmetic, choose based on what you enjoy.
You might prefer:
• Film-inspired designs
• Comic designs
• Symbiote styles
• Original Insomniac suits
• Alternate color styles
COMMON SUIT GUIDE MISTAKES
• Using only an old launch list
• Mixing Peter and Miles unlocks
• Assuming every suit has gameplay bonuses
• Ignoring New Game Plus additions
• Treating edition-exclusive content as universal
• Forgetting free post-launch suits
QUICK SUIT CHECKLIST
When looking up a suit:
1. Check whether it belongs to Peter or Miles.
2. Check whether it is base-game or edition content.
3. Check whether it requires progression.
4. Check whether it has Suit Styles.
5. Check whether New Game Plus is required.
6. Verify the game version if using an older guide.
Spider-Man 2 suit availability expanded after launch, so CheatBeacon will treat the suit list as version-aware rather than assuming the original launch roster is complete.
GetCheatBeacon guides focus on legitimate gameplay information, verified codes, and practical tips. Game mechanics and promotions can change, so details may be updated over time.
