Sesame Street Friends & Fun: Characters and Activities
What are you trying to do?
The neighborhood is getting ready for a Big Block Party. Your created resident helps the community through an exploration-led adventure. Preparing the celebration is the story’s organizing goal; the activities are part of that setting, not separate promises of a full cooking or farming simulator.
The publisher’s pages identify cooking, photography and farming quests. They also describe helping Abby with magic and looking after Tango. Try a different documented activity when introducing the game to a new player, while following the current objective and its actual prompts.
Who appears?
Outright Games names Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Tango, Grover, Cookie Monster, Ernie, Bert, The Count, Oscar the Grouch and Big Bird. The character reference lists these confirmed appearances. It does not label every resident as directly playable: the player’s custom resident is distinct from the neighbors they meet.
Cookie Monster is specifically connected with cooking in the launch description. Tango accompanies the player and needs care; Abby is associated with magical help. Other named residents appear in the neighborhood, but a unique quest chain or skill set is not assigned to each one unless the publisher documents it.
Use activities as small learning goals
A useful session can focus on finding the right neighbor, listening to one instruction and finishing one task. For a child learning a controller, completing a simple sequence is more helpful than trying to collect everything at once. This is parent-facing advice based on the announced design.
The game can be played alone or in two-player local co-op. Use the platform guide for the supported versions and the separate controls reference for reported inputs. Specific reward counts, hidden-item coordinates and a complete mission walkthrough require additional documented evidence.
