Reported keyboard defaults
The community controls reference reports Z for Jump, X for Attack, A for Bind, D for Needolin and F for Skill. Sprint is C, Harpoon is S, Quick Map is Tab and Inventory is I. Some named actions depend on an ability you have not acquired yet. A listed button is not an unlock method; inspect the current inventory and tutorial when an action is unavailable.
Compare symbols by action
The reported Xbox layout uses A for Jump, X for Attack, B for Bind and Y for Needolin. PlayStation uses Cross, Square, Circle and Triangle for the same sequence. The Nintendo report lists B, Y, A and X. Those differences make action names more reliable than instructions such as press the bottom letter. Confirm the active preset before applying a controller diagram from a different platform.
Holding can change the result
A quick press and a held action may have different meanings, and certain actions also depend on direction or a later ability. Learn the basic press first, then follow the in-game tutorial for its expanded use. Do not repeatedly trigger an unfamiliar command next to a hazard while trying to identify it. Test movement, Jump, Attack and Bind in a safe space after changing a binding.
