The version to look for
HoYoverse announced version 3.3, Journey to the Sky, for October 21, 2026. Before troubleshooting missing content, update the game and read the notices for your server. A version announcement describes the whole release cycle, so a feature appearing in its trailer does not establish that every banner or event is active at the same moment. Use the countdown in the game when making a time-sensitive decision.
Agent trials before spending
The release introduces Phoenix, a Fire Anomaly Agent, and Severian, a Wind Attack Agent. They occupy different banner phases. Use their trials to judge whether their combat rhythm fits your existing team and whether you have the resources to build them. Compare the cost of improving a current squad with the cost of starting a new one. A new damage type or a prominent story role alone is not enough reason to use all saved currency.
Story and event priorities
The update continues the season-three story and includes new mech gameplay. Read the mission’s own instructions when the control scheme changes: ordinary Agent muscle memory may not apply to a temporary mode. Review the event page for participation requirements, claimed rewards and closing times. Prioritize rewards with an actual deadline before repeatable farming, especially when your available play time is limited.
Avoid confusing a preview with a reward
An announced check-in reward is claimed through its event, not by inventing a redemption string. Likewise, a rerun mentioned for the second phase should not be presented as an immediately available banner.
