What do Glamdocs change?

The announced five Glamdocs offer cyberware skins with adjustable colors. Supported arm systems are Mantis Blades, Gorilla Arms, Monowire and Projectile Launch System. Their shops use a spray-paint map icon and have distinct catalogs.

Start with the implant you actually use

Check your equipped cyberware before choosing an appearance. Take note of which arm system is installed and which style you want to change. This helps keep an appearance purchase separate from decisions about replacing or upgrading the underlying implant.

Our existing cyberware guide covers capacity, armor, operating systems and build synergy. Continue using those considerations for gameplay choices. A cosmetic name or color should not be treated as evidence of a new combat skill, damage bonus or capacity increase.

How to plan a visit

  1. Confirm the update is installed on your edition.
  2. Check the arm system you want to customize.
  3. Find the relevant map marker in your installed game.
  4. Review the shop's available catalog and any displayed cost.
  5. Compare the available appearance with your current setup before committing.

The patch announcement identifies the feature and marker, but does not establish a complete street-address list or price table. Use the actual map and catalog rather than assuming that a screenshot from another player's game guarantees the same selection.

Appearance choices and upgrade spending

If your budget is limited, decide which goal you are serving. Improving a weak build and choosing a preferred look are different decisions. Review the implant's usefulness first; then decide what you want to spend on presentation. Keeping those choices separate makes it easier to compare options without attributing gameplay effects to a skin.

Check the result in normal play

After choosing a look, inspect it in the situations where you normally see your character or arms. Lighting and perspective can affect what an appearance looks like. Keep a note of the catalog option you selected so you can compare it later without relying on memory.
