Mouse and controller sensitivity
Capcom places character-specific sensitivity under Options → Camera. Select Grace's Camera or Leon's Camera, then open its detailed settings. Adjust the first- and third-person camera speeds for the perspective you use. Test one change at a time so you can tell whether it improves control.
DualSense features on Steam
Capcom's May update added adaptive triggers, vibration and motion-sensor support. Its developer troubleshooting thread says to use a wired connection and set PlayStation Controller Support to Not Enabled in Steam Big Picture settings. The older FAQ still lists restrictions, so consult the dated update and troubleshooting instructions linked below if the pages disagree.
Before a difficult encounter, check the actual prompts in your game. Quick-turn notation differs between reports; test the action safely instead of assuming that clicking the stick and moving it down mean the same thing.
