Keep saves on the right platform

Capcom says cross-saves between platforms are unsupported. A cloud backup on one service is not a transfer to another console or storefront. Before moving to another device, confirm that it uses the same supported platform service and that your latest save has synchronized.

Official cloud-backup options

• PS5: PlayStation Plus cloud storage, with the required membership.
• Xbox Series X|S: Xbox cloud saving.
• Nintendo Switch 2: Save Data Cloud, with the required Nintendo Switch Online membership.
• Steam: Steam Cloud.
• Epic Games Store: Cloud Save.

Our recommendation is to leave time for synchronization after closing the game and inspect the timestamp before resuming elsewhere. Do not overwrite the save you want to keep while resolving a conflict.

If the PC game will not launch or runs poorly

1. Compare your PC with the current official store requirements.
2. Install the latest game update and a stable graphics driver.
3. Restart the PC and verify installed files through Steam.
4. Close unnecessary overlays or recording applications for a test.
5. Try lower graphics settings, then restore options individually.
6. Record the issue, hardware, driver version and where it happens before contacting Capcom.

These are initial troubleshooting steps, not a guaranteed diagnosis. Avoid changing several settings at once: a controlled comparison helps identify what actually improved the problem.
