Safe combinations — Unverified
Location and puzzle spoilers follow. These combinations are community-reported, not publisher-confirmed or tested by GetCheatBeacon. Normal and Insanity have different combinations. Match the difficulty of your current playthrough before trying a sequence.

|---|---|---|
| Bar & Lounge | Left 10 → Right 80 → Left 30 | Right 20 → Left 50 → Right 30 |
| Examination Room | Right 30 → Left 10 → Right 50 | Left 50 → Right 30 → Left 90 |
| Basement / Furnace | Right 60 → Left 40 → Right 80 | Left 70 → Right 50 → Left 20 |
| ARK Sterilization Chamber | Right 10 → Left 90 → Right 20 | Left 80 → Right 50 → Left 20; conflicting report ends at Left 0 |
| ARK Monitor Control Room | Left 50 → Right 60 → Left 80 | Right 20 → Left 0 → Right 70 |
How to enter a combination
Read each sequence as three directional stops. Turn the dial in the stated direction to the first number, reverse to the second and reverse again to the third before confirming. If the safe does not open, check the safe name, difficulty and direction order before trying again. A number alone is not the complete combination.
Sterilization Chamber conflict
Beebom's table gives Left 80 → Right 50 → Left 20 for Insanity. The Steam community guide gives Left 80 → Right 50 → Left 0. Both reports are shown because we have not independently settled the discrepancy. Use the clue in your own playthrough to resolve it.
Keep puzzle solutions separate from cheats
These are combinations for in-game safes. They are not redeem codes, account rewards or a method for enabling unlimited items. You enter them at the relevant safe, rather than on an external redemption website. Our recommendation is to note the combination next to its location so that a later visit does not mix up the Normal and Insanity columns.
